beneficiary

My uncle made a will in 1962 naming five sisters as beneficiaries. Two sisters has died one being my mother. My uncle died 2 months ago. What happens to my mother's share.

If the phrase "per sterpies" is in the clause distributing his assets to his sisters, then a deceased sister's children get the money. If not, then the remaining sisters get it all.
