Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois
Beneficiary Warrant
It is alleged that my brother has a warrant out for him for driving violations.
He is also named in a will of my late mother. I want him to have his share.
Is there some way that he will not be able to receive his benefits?
Will the lawyer I take this too be obligated to withhold his share.

Re: Beneficiary Warrant
Your brother is entitled to his share no matter what. The court will monitor the distribution, so a lawyer can't withhold anything. Please call for a free consultation.
