Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois
have a brother who never married,,with a checking account who put his power of attorney ( another brother) on account....is it true he can withdraw half of that money for his own personal self...after putting bother in a nursing home???

If the brother is joint account holder, he can withdraw total funds, regardless of his POA status.
