Certify a will
My mother's will was not probated because the estate was small, but I am trying to claim some unclaimed property from the state of Illinois. The state said they need a court certified copy of the will. What is involved with getting that?

You can probably satisfy their requirements with
a small estate affidit. This form is used to
get money and property released where no estate
has been opened.
