How change executor!
You would have to go to a judge and give good reason why he should be change as executor,but if the case isnt open or filed....which judge do i go to to.....who do i complain to?

If a probate estate has not been opened, then there is no executor to change. If you want to open an estate, then you have to file a petition and other documents with the clerk of the court in the proper county.

There can only be an executor if the will is open.
