How Can I Change something in my WILL without having a new Will drawn up??? Like to whom I want my estate left? Is it legal to mark thru items on a Will ?

The only legal way to change a will without re-writing the whole document, is through a codicil (amendment). The codicil is formally witnessed in the same manner as your original will.
It is likely that any handwritten changes or strike-throughs, etc. to the original will document will be disregarded by the probate court.
You should consult with an attorney in order to have your codicil executed in the appropriate way.
