Re: Changing an executor of an estate!

You have to go to court and show the judge that there is a good reason to change the executor. I know I am making this simple, but I would need to know more as to why you think the executor should be replaced. I can assure you that the process is a bit contentious, for obvious reasons, so you have to get your information in order.
