Changing name on inherited property

My dad passed away and left his house to my two children. They are ages 21 and 17. The house is paid off and I don't know how to change the ownership to them. The Will has been filed with the probate court. The house is in St. Clair County Illinois.

You must hire an attorney and open a probate. This is the only way to transfer title.
