If one of four children is primary caregiver of the mother for 10 years is she entitled to the house when the

mother passes?

There is a way in which Mom can give the house to the child caregiver without penalty under the Medicaid rules. There is no rule that says the caregiver is entitled to own the home unless there is a caregiver agreement in place.
