Co-Executor
My sister and I are co-executors of my dad's estate. We are not seeing eye to eye on what to do with the selling of his house. Can I withdraw as co-executor? Would I need to go to my dad's lawyer who maintains the will and is helping us through probate to do this so it is legal?

You probably can withdraw with court approval. You'll probably want to do an accounting to date and be approved for your actions to date. You should also address whether you're requesting an executor's fee for work performed.
As for the lawyer, you might want to clarify who exactly he represents. He doesn't represent your dad. If you haven't personally enagged his services then he probably doesn't represent you. You might want to get your own counsel to assist you with withdrawing.
