Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

How do I get a copy of my mothers will? My sister never told me she died. Mother died in California.

You didn't know your mother died? Anyway, if you know the county in which she died, check with the Probate clerk's office. Wills in Illinois have to be filed even if they are not probated. I think you are better off submitting this question to a California attorney.
