can a revokable living trust account be attached by a creditor of the trustee to force payment of bills

payment of bills which the trustee owes?

It depends entirely on what kind of powers and beneficial interests the trustee has in the trust, and on who who exactly incurred the debts.

If the trustee is also the grantor who has the power to revoke then the trust assets are not shielded from the creditors of the grantor/trustee.
