yes, daddy passed on 12/16/10...but his care-taker is now saying that he changed his will? We found a copy that was done in 1989 and that attorney does not have a record of another one

Not sure what your question is, but: The other will, if it exists, needs to be filed with the court for probate. Your father may have used a different attorney for the new will, if it exists.
