It depends on what the court order says and what the purpose was for the Estate being established. I strongly advise that you not withdraw and funds from her accounts without first getting the permission of the court after you have told the court the reason you need to withdraw funds. The repercussions can be very serious.

If you make the withdrawal without prior Court approval, the Court might require you to return whatever you withdrew, remove you from your position as your daughter's fiduciary, or take other drastic measures. I strongly advise you to consult with an attorney before making any withdrawal. Feel free to call me. I always provide free consultations.

Your question is confusing. You talk about "both accounts" but you provide no information concerning how the accounts are set up. I think you should talk to an attorney or get back in front of the judge to get an order confirming what you should do or can do without violating the prior order of the court.
