original stock certificate,

letter of testimentary. All was notarized. They came back and said I need a ''LEGAL'' letter of testimentary. Everything is on hold.

"Letters Testamentary" is a document issued (and stamped) by the county clerk of the court after a probate estate has been opened and an executor/administrator has been apppointed. Also, 3rd parties generally require that they be stamped within the last 60 days..
