Re: deed

Dear Friend -

Greetings. Based upon the facts that you have

given, the plots belong to your grandfather's

estate. My question to you is has an estate

been opened and did your grandfather have a will?

If an estate has been opened, and assuming it is

unsupervised administration, the plots can be

sold by the estate and the proceeds would then

have to be distributed to your grandfather's

heirs. I will be happy to answer any additional

questions that you might have.
