Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Deed to vest title in trust

My grandfather owned a piece of property individually. He died and willed the property to a testamentary trust. The will has been probated and the trustee has acknowledged receipt of the property. However, there has been no deed filing with the county recorder. What is the proper deed or other filing so that the trust is shown as the record owner of the property?
