when some one dies
My grandmother passed away in June 05. everything she had went to my mom and aunt. They never got a chance to go threw everything together before my Aunt comitted sucide. Now my Cousins are trying to take everything is my mom entiled to anything that was my grandmothers.

If the agreement was for your mother and her sister to each receive half of your grandmother's possessions, then your mother should still receive half, and your cousins should receive the other half (their mother's share).
(Assuming your grandmother did not have a will).
If there is more than just personal possessions involved, you may have to have a small estate affidavit drafted to be able to split up the estate to the heirs.
