disinheritance from will

My mother died. 15months later my father married a woman he met on the internet who had been married 4 times, I didn't approve, now I'm ''disinherited''. Can I challenge and win?

Re: disinheritance from will

Your father does not have to include you in his will. However, upon his death, find an attorney and challenge it saying he was under duress. Whether it will "win" or not will depend on the facts of your situation.

If he doesn't have a will, then you will get a share of his estate automatically. And if the new wife is so awful, she might not be around long enough to present a real concern anyway.
