Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

I am divorced and within the divorce we both agreed to sell the home and split the profits. It was also agreed that we both agree upon a selling price of the home. Of which he refuses to let me have any part of the agreement selling price and has taking it upon himself to name a price that is way to high and will never sell because he is living in the home and does not want to move. There is no mortgage so he knows exactly what he is doing. I had a legal aid attorney which was I'm sorry to say was useless. And I do not want to get another legal aid lawyer from this state to help me. I am disabled and cannot afford an attorney with my income.

I am wanting to know if I should die before the property is sold,(but at this rate it probably never will sell since I can't afford a good attorney to enforce what the court had ordered). Can I have a Will drawn up that in case of my death that my daughter can have my share of the property since I am half owner?

Probably. When you hire a lawyer to write your Will, that lawyer should review your marital settlement and address property rights that are provided to you in that agreement.
