If the apt. bldg. my dad has in the trust was held in joint tenancy with my mother (now deceased) � upon my dad�s demise does the apt. bldg. automatically transfer to my brother and I under JOINT TENANCY?

If it does transfer to my brother and I under JOINT TENANCY � do my brother and I have to have the deed re-done?

If your father has the building in his trust, it would remain in the trust after his death. The building would be kept, sold, or distributed by the trust, pursuant to its terms.
