Ethics Violation
Before my father passed away, the bank and/or attorney informed my brother what was contained in his will. What form(s) are requried in order to file some sort of suit?

I would recommend that you sit down with an attorney and review the facts before filing any action or complaint against anyone. Your brother may have had rights to view the documents (through permission by your father, through a power of attorney, etc.).
