what does this mean
In the event I am predeceased by my wife, I give and bequeath my 1956 Chevrolet to my daughter, --- residing in ---, with per stirpes representation.
He has passed away but the wife has not. Who does the car belong to ??

One needs to review the entirety of the will and any other documents (trust documents?) to properly advise. This clause, standing alone, does not provide any information regarding distribution in the event the wife outlives the decedent. In the event of no will or property not disposed of by will, the laws of intestate succession apply.
