what if i become power of attorney for some one who is excecutive of an estate i can then take over right

This is a very strange question in that it sounds like someone is trying to circumvent the system. If a person gives up their duties as administrators (executors in some states), then the court will look to the statute, which has an order of who becomes administrator. An administrator has a duty to the estate, and is personally liable for mishandling. I would have to do more research, but my gut says a court is likely not going to go for your idea.
