Exhuming human remains
Where do I get information on the processes of exhuming my mothers ashes to move her to a different state?
She is in Illinios, and I am in New York (as is most of her family). we'd like to have her buried in New York.

Hello. I suggests that you first contact the cemetery. The caretakers should be able to steer you through the procedure. This is done more often than people realize.
