Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois
We believe that our family member had a will because she told us, but her husband now says she didnt and couldnt help us. What action can we take to find out the truth and if a will ever existed?

Depending on who you are, this may be none of your business. Normally the surviving spouse inherits 100% from a deceased spouse, unless there are minor children at the time. So who are the people complaining, and why?
