my father died april 27th 2009. i am his only living child and his trust left everything to me. his death was unexpected and i suffer from sleep depravation and depression. just 6 days after his death i was intimidated to sign away 80,000 of the money my dad left me and his lincoln town car to the woman he lived with for 20 years. i did not realize what i had done until 6 weeks later. can i go to an arbitrator or mediator and get my money back? i am on disability for depression and need to have the money for my care in the future as i am alone with no children.
