Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois
My father recently passed away,my two older sisters are the exceutors of the estate. They have changed the locks on the doors of my dads house and wont give the other siblings a key.The will states that the house is to be sold and money divided between the five children. Is there a time line for selling the house? And do the kids that arent exceutors have any rights or say on anything?

There is no timeline for selling the house. If your father's estate has been probated then you and your siblings are the legal co-owners of the estate and no one can deny you access to the property.
