Hire a lawyer. You need grounds to do so. www.legacylaws.com. When you meet with your lawyer be prepared to provide a history of your issues with the appointed executor.

If the matter is already in probate court, you might want to petition the court for supervised administration. That way the court oversees everything that the executor is doing.
Either way, the other attorney's advice about meeting with a lawyer for assistance is the best way to handle this.
Good luck to you.
