How do I find out if I was included in my grandmothers will and if I inherited anything

Get a copy of the will and read it. Whoever is in possession of a deceased person's will is obligated to file the original will with the Clerk of the Court for the county in which the deceased resided. Thus, the will becomes a matter of public information .It is technically a crime to willfully fail to file,
