Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

How do we find out if a will is being read if we have not heard from the deceased's attorney. We suspect there might have been some unfair influence by other relatives prior to my Cousin's passing.

When an Illinois resident dies, his Will must be filed in the appropriate county. Feel free to contact me about how you can get a copy from the State of Illinois (if the Will has been filed).

Do you think that your cousin's ability to make decisions about his Will was overpowered and overwhelmed by your relatives? If so, then you may have a case. Feel free to call me to discuss this further.
