If you think there may be a more recent will, how do you find it if you don't have a copy or know who the lawyer may have been?

Re: find a will

Any will must be filed with the Circuit Court in the county in which the deceased lived. If you find none, then file a probate and give notice to all the heirs. A will might turn up then.
