form for receipt of funds

I will be distributing funds from a checking account of my deceased mother to my four sisters and need a form they can sign showing receipt of funds so I have no further liability to them in the future. My name along with my mothers is on this account.

It may be all your money, if it was an account in "joint tenancy with right of survivorship," which most but not all joint accounts are. There is no magic form, though. Rather, you should consult with a lawyer to describe all the details, and then the lawyer can give you the correct advice, which may or may not include a form for your sisters to sign.
