son came into close to 11 grand my spouse husband is gaurdian of estate cause are son is a minor under 18, so so we placed it into an account as court order and he can not have that money untill he turns 18 in a couple of years. husband is on the account with son, question is my son has out standing money he owes for getting into trouble and he owes court fees and so on wghich needs to get paid and lawyer fees, and also my house is in forclosure and i need 8 grand to get it out of forclosure i have land too sell . can i bargin with the court to get that money if i garrenty to put money back once i sell my lot wich is worth some were around 12 grand or more.. im not wanting to take his money im just trying to save my home and get my sons fines paid off and im only wanting to borrow the money sell the lot and replace the money.. who can i talk too what kind of lawyer and can u ansere this quesation some what thank u and since spuse is legal gaurdian and on the account with him does he have any legal wright to the the money

The funds that are being held for a minor belong to the minor. However, if the funds are needed to be used in the minor's best interest, the court will likely give permission to use them.
If a court is overseeing your son's matter, you will need to request permission of the judge before using the funds.
