Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

My Grand father passed away and my Uncle came in and cleaned everything out and did not say anything to anyone. Is there a way to see his will, He spent a majority of his life in chicago and then moved to clearwater florida where he passed away

If his last residence was in Florida, then Florida law likely requires that his Will be filed with his local county clerk. You may want to repost this question to Florida attorneys.
