Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

My grandma passed away about 2 years ago. On a piece of paper she wrote down notes about what family members get what property. She left me her car, however, the car is currently wrapped up in the estate. Is there anyway to get the car out of ownership of the estate and into my ownership? What would have to be done?

You need to speak with the executor. Instructions on a piece of paper probably won't control. It doesn't take 2 years for the execuor to transfer title to a car.
