grandmothers will
My grandmother died about two years ago and it wasnt till recently that I have wanted to obtain a copy of her will. I have a sneaking suspision that my mother, her daughter, is draing my personal trust fund and the family education fund for her personal expenses. Her bank account and estate is all through Illinois but she died in Florida. How do I obtain a copy of her will to answer my trust questions?

Was she a resident of Florida when she died? If so, her will would probably be filed there.
If you have information related to the accounts in Illinois, you might be able to find out something if you know you are a beneficiary to a trust that contains the funds.
