Grandparents estate

My Grandparents died in 2007, then my aunt in 2008, now my uncle is taking all of my grandparents stuff and condo I cant find a will in cook county but they lived in a couple of states, What do i do?

The situation might be a little complicated. Normally the county that would govern is tehe one he lived in, or had most of his property in. You can also file a restraining order so stop the Uncle from looting the estate until everyone figures out what is going on.
