can a illigitimate child who has had no contact with father since the age of 6 and minimal contact since, and is now 54, and has had dna testing to prove that he is the father,inherit if he/she is not listed in trust?

Yes. Your relationship with the decedent is irrelevant in determining who are the deceased person's heirs. Whether you inherit however depends on the terms of the trust you refer to and whether it has any assets in it.
