House in Probate
My mom passed away with no will.
One of the four daughters lives in
her house. Wants us to go to a lawyer and have all of our names put on the house as owner- what
responsibilities will that put on us?
Will we all be responsible for taxes etc until house is sold?

if your name is on the house, you will be responsible for the taxes.
