husband died, leaving me possession of two vehicles, his estranged daughter, went to secretary of state and presented false info, and obtained a title to his vehicle, which when i went to apply, it was processed, but now shows invalid in there system, he had no will, we went to court, she tried to claim another vehicle thru replevin, judge stated case dismissed, secretary of state says ppwk still has to show car in question, what do i do? judge has stated her actions werent within the law, case dismissed. how do i prove to secretary of state her title isnt valid?

Depending on how much this is worth to you, you may now have to open up an intestate estate, get yourself named as administrator, and go after the estranged daughter for the vehicles and/or proceeds if she's sold them, and show the SOS your letters of office to show you and not the daughter had power to change title. I strongly suggest you get a probate attorney involved; depending on additional facts there may be other or additional options.
