my ex husband have property in india and he has a daughter, is that property beong sto her or his brothers and sisters?

It depends on a variety of factors. Did your ex-husband die as a resident of Illinois? What type of property does he own in India (e.g., real estate, bank accounts)? Through treaty, would India recognize Illinois letters of administration?

Under Illinois law his daughter is his heir, not his brothers and sisters. But I concur in Mr. Raminiak's answer.
