Information on my parents Will
My parents have passed. they had a Will. My brother was put in charge of the Will. Although my name is on the will, my brother stated that I will be getting nothing. Can he do this?My brother lives in AZ and I live in IL and my parents lived and passed in Wa. State

Whether or not your brother is correct in his statement that you will not get anything depends on the terms of the will and the condition of the estate. I suggest you have an attorney in the state where the will is being probated review the will on your behalf and explain it to you.
