Inheritance Question
My gandfather just died and he has/had four daughters. My mother was one of them. My mother died two months ago. The other three daughters had my grandfather write her out of the will before she died so they could collect her share. I have one other sister. Do we have a case to contest the will on grounds that my grandfather was unduely influenced?
My grandfather had no bad feelings toward my mother, he loved her very much. Also my grandfather had liver cancer for the past five months and had been dying. The three daughters never told him he had it.
I am confused as to the steps I should take or should not take.

It depends on what the other daughters did to unduly influence your grandfather, and your grandfather's state of mind when he signed the will. But you must act promptly. Call me or another attorney immediately.

The facts you give certainly do sound suspicious. And, you do stand to benefit if the will is set aside.
