if i sign the form making someone power attoerney for me that means any thing i am going to court for that person can handle for me right even if i inherit some money

No one can represent you in court except a licensed attorney. No power of attorney can overcome that. If you are to inherit money, see an actual attorney. Power of attorney does not make that person a lawyer.

Power of attorneys may be limited to certain powers or be very broad. Just because you give someone power of attorney does not mean they are your attorney, so if your in court on a matter requiring legal representation, you may need to have an actual attorney. If your inheriting money, its often a good idea to run it by an attorney anyway before giving someone authority to handle your money.
