Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Do I have any Legal rights

My father was married to another woman and had an affair with my mom. He has a farm and real estate holdings. He has never provided me with any financial assiatance but he is now in his 80's and I wanted to know if i have any legal rights to his estate. He currently has a souse and another daughter.

Yes you do if you can prove that he's your dad. How do you know he's your dad? I have litigated this issue repeatedly in my practice, most recently getting a $600k settlement for a lady. (I see you are downstate - perhaps near Normal or Springfield - so it may be more convenient for you to contact a lawyer there).
