Do I have an legal recourse against a fellow security guard who sent an email to a client, telling the client I was violating his procedures when in fact I wasn't?

You might. It depends on the other security guards relationship to you, what was said, if you were harmed in any way (lost business), etc etc. If you want to talk about it, please feel free to give us a call.
