getting life insurance policy
am I able or is it legal to take out life insurance policies on my adult brothers without them knowing? with their lifestyles, I want to make sure something is available for their children in the event of their deaths.

It may be possible, but you may have a difficult time showing you have an insurable interest in that situation, and you may have a tougher time talking an insurance company into selling you this insurance without medical information about your brothers. Talk to your insurance agent.
