Are all parties in the living trust entitled to a copy of the trust when death occurs with the living trust person

What do you mean by "parties in the living trust"? Beneficiaries are entitled to know and enforce their rights. To do that, they need to know the terms of the trust. Unless the trust specifically says otherwise, then I believe that current beneficiaries are entitled to a copy of the trust.
