does the trustee have to show other members of family,not in the trust that the trustee claims we are not/the papers of who got what?

If a person is not named in the trust, the trustee has no obligation to show that person the trust document.

Only those named (the beneficiaries), or those who are contingent beneficiaries or remaindermen (those who would receive an interest in the trust if the primary beneficiary died or disclaimed his interest) have any rights under the document.

You might want to try obtaining a copy through a family member who is named.
